About Populous
Populous (PPT) is a platform for invoice trading that is powered by Ethereum blockchain.Its goal is to create a unique trading environment for investors and traders to conduct invoice trading from around the world. It is the only Ethereum based coin specifically designed for P2P invoice trading.
Populous provides a platform for investors from all over the world to utilize cryptocurrency on the PPT platform to invest in an invoice being traded by an invoice seller. For example, if an Australian investor wants to invest in an invoice being sold by say an American business, they are able to do that on the platform with PPT as a settlement token.
The PPT does not need to work with institutions such as banks to create a financial blockchain on the marketplace and therefore means it does not need to adhere to the regulations these institutions follow. Populous will make what is currently a restricted and localized market global.
